Who Is Eligible?
  • All Regular full-time active employees
  • Full-time – regularly scheduled for 30 hours or more per week
  • Probationary employees / those in training period not eligible until they become Regular employees
Eligible family members include:

  • Domestic partner of at least one year (affidavit required)
  • Your children, stepchildren, children of your domestic partner, or children for whom you have legal guardianship, up to age 26
  • Disabled adult children of any age
